August 2014, was the beginning of my senior year of high school. For most of my classmates, that meant preparing for homecoming, getting senior pictures, and taking the ACT to prep for college. When you move away for college, everyone tells you that you’ll have the time of your life. They say you’ll meet new people, experience new things and make new memories.
